Refund Policy

Executive Coaching single sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48hrs before the appointment time. After that time no refunds are available. We appreciate  your understanding as late cancellations and reschedules have a direct impact on the business.

Packages are entitled to refunds as per below:

3 session packages are entitled to a 60% refund if the client does not want to continue after the first session.

​

5 session packages are entitled to an 75% refund if the client does not want to continue after the first session.

​

No further package refunds are available.

 

Sessions in packages can be rescheduled up to 48hrs before but they must be used before the package expiring as per package terms and conditions.
